I have high latency and jitter, it affects all devices including mobile on Wi-Fi, the problem started recently and wasn't there before. Ping is around 200ms when I am playing online games.

Although many things can be blamed on Wifi vs wired a big change in latency likely can't - it's more likely the network (in which case many would be noticing it) or the server being used - or maybe some issue within the PC itself.
There's lots of speed tests around, for instance the one on fast.com can show loaded and unloaded latencies and latency while uploading. With full fibre and a wired LAN PC connection the unloaded can be just 4ms.
But the cloudflare speed test is worth trying as it measures jitter too.

that problems started 3 days ago and idk what the problem until i tried to fix from ee hub but its still no sollutions for now and probably problem with EE connect in my area . Do I need to call them to fix it or just wait?

@sadw1nd Call them, but do also check that your Ethernet connected devices show or don't wireless pings are high....
Typical wireless connected as below.

@sadw1nd Looks like you have an upload problem, try the link below also. And the settings....

The cloudflare speed test seems to give slightly worse results than other tests like fast.com - download latencies around 30ms even though the unloaded measurement from other speed checkers can be closer to 4ms
But upload latency can be around 100ms rather than the 300+ youre seeing so - as mentioned above - that seems to be where the issue is - which might be a PC or fibre issue
Its tricky trying to figure out how uploads on full fibre technically work from the ONT given everyone shares the same fibre with neighbours - on older copper you'd have your own connection - so its possible the issue relates to uploading
