Hi
We recently moved our broadband from BT to EE
I was looking at the ability to use EE WiFi hotspots and see I need to login using EE ID and password
From what I can see on the forum and online, that is just the email address and password we use to login on the EE website / app?
I just thought i'd double check that's right though as with the BT mobile hotspots that combination never worked
Also, do i need to register anything on the website or is it simply a case of putting the details in the first time i use a mobile hotspot?
Thanks in advance!
Nick

You posted in the Mobile BB forum. Is it mobile BB you have or fixed Home BB? Which router do you have?
EE WiFi is only available free to EE Home BB users.
It would be your EE a/c's email addy & pwd providing you were eligible.

@Nick_2811 : Yes, you would be eligible by having a New EE FF BB plan.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
