I,m worn out with the BOT , internet browsing is dire , cant do a speed test

Hi my internet has been bad for about a week and I cant get by talking to a BOT . When I go onto the EE site to test the speed it just buffers ( See Photo ) . I have done all checks possible . Any ideas original-EFF7CE95-377D-4B4E-890E-7EFE7776DCA9.jpeg
