Since switching to EE I have found that the quality when using Teams is not great - buffers on video calls and freezes. Other colleagues who are with EE have the same issue. Fine on all other platforms - WhatsApp etc. Are EE aware of this?

FINALLY! I've turned this off and the users screen share connection is solid again for now. How annoying.

Exact same problem since moving to full fibre. Even updated to Smart PRO 500 because EE said i needed more download and upload speed because i had too many devices... (even though same amount of devices prior to getting full fibre). The speeds on my PC are 500Mbps download and 70Mbps upload but still my Teams meetings I am 'frozen' and I cannot share my screen. I have had my PC looked over by IT dept - they have updated everything, reinstalled Teams, etc and STILL an issue.

What'sApp is worse since upgrading to 500. I can't hotspot to my mobile because I have little mobile signal in the house.

I've been screensharing today and its working fine from home despite having problems for months.

I haven't changed anything on my laptop but its seems to be sorted with EE..

Glad to hear this may work.
is it still going well for you?

Where are these settings?

All is well still, We use Dell Laptops with Intel wifi and we removed this software as not only did it impact teams it also stopped certain things downloading.

@CraigD_IT  - This fixed a longstanding problem for me - Thanks for your post!!

I am having the same problem. I am not sure what you have turned off, or where it is located. In Windows or in the router admin. Could you let us know please.

We uninstalled some software call intel connectivity performance suite from Windows control panel as suggested on this post. You might not have this is if you do not have Intel Wifi adapters.

Thank you. Unfortunately I do not have that software, so cannot try this
solution.

I've made no changes to any software and my teams has started working consistently for a week now. Can you try again
