Why is it when ever I go to view my most recent bill for broadband it asks me for my broadband account number, to which I go to the top right of the email, copy and paste my exact account number, paste it in and it says that’s a invalid account number 🤣 how’s this even possible when yous have sent me this account number, I’m trying to pay my bill but I need to view it first to know how much I owe,  but shockkkkkk you terrible systems are shocking and have been ever since I’ve joined with you, yous are not simple at all, really really terrible service alllllll the time, well done EE

Welcome to the EE Community.

I can imagine it's frustrating when you need to get access to your account and it's saying it's an invalid account number.

A common mistake is leaving a space either before or after the account number.

Could you try physically typing your account number rather than copying and pasting it please?

@Angryjoeee As @Chris_S has pointed out account number for me was GBxxxxxxxx and displayed bill wise as GB XXXX XXXX......

E-mail has it correct from initial joining if you happen to have kept.
