My parents have bought the "Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials package (900Mbps)". We all ready have this installed and working. I have asked if they could look into getting the "Smart Hub Pro and Smart WiFi Pro bundle" or the "Smart WiFi Plus bundle" for the mesh system. They looked into it and kept getting an error of some type. Is it possible to upgrade the package to include this or are we locked out of it or is the hub system we got the "Smart Hub Plus Router" capable of a mesh system and we just need to ask for more mesh routers from them?

The Smart Hub Plus is not in itself a mesh system but just a router. You can get for it up to 3 Smart WiFi Plus extenders. If they're not included in your package they will be £10 pm.

Do they need a mesh? What were they using before? Did it have a mesh?
