Internet packet loss

For the past couple of days I’ve been playing a video game on my PS4 and have been lagging constantly and the game connection feedback is showing as packet loss causing me to not be able to play games. It had even happened when I’m home alone, no one else is connected to the internet. I have a wifi disc in my room as well. Keep in mind that the internet connection before was perfect, no issues. Haven’t changed anything and I’ve started lagging, not sure what the reason is but it’s really annoying me as I’ve tried most things on the internet including putting my console in a dmz by logging in to my router.

Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

Not sure how to do the wired connection as I’m using my phone but I’ve done the normal one.
