Our broadband has gone off, I can't check the app for system issues in our area as that's down also.

@Liam1974 : It's an amalgam of similar events all around the country reported at about the same time, within a 2 hour window this A.M.

@XRaySpeX , I must be one of the lucky ones, as I did not have it here where I am, but then I am using Netgear, not that that should make any difference, but to all who are having a problem with their broadband, this can happen, so hopefully you are all back up and running today.

@Schockwave : Me too! I did not have it here either, but then I am not using an EE SH, not that that should make any difference

@XRaySpeX , when I was on the old copper, I had to reboot my router every 4 weeks, so maybe that is what these customers may need to do, although that does not make sense if on fibre, as I have had it since June 16th and have not had to reboot!

If only.

This doesn’t look good tho.

Estimated fix time yesterday. 🙄

@Liam1974 Nothing will look good when you have a flashing orange on the EE Hub and the ONT looks like it's working correct with the light's, have you tried the ONT off for 5 minutes to see if it recovers to them again as they are?
