Hi,
I have fibre broadband EE, the Internet works fine since we last had the issue, which your customer service resolved after a 30 minute conversation.
The issue is, our Internet WiFi works on our mobile phones but pictures and videos on WhatsApp dont download. On our samsung smart tv's YouTube works but Netflix will not load any series or movies, amazon will not load movies or series and other tv apps will not load. We also have a amazon stick which we have Netflix and amazon on which also does not load either of the series or movies. Same issue on both tv's and both mine and my partners phone.
We have unplugged our router for several minutes also unplugged the power to the fibre socket. Neither of these have resolved the issue.
Please help us.

Not yet but I did message them today at 11am for a call back and still haven't received one.
I'm not very hopfull as this same issue has happened for the 3rd time now. I dont understand how to same issue happens repeatedly and it requires a call to EE
