Why does ee overcharge a ridicjlous amount for internet when changing date for paying bills its unfair and leaves u short of cash for rest of week

 I get email about upcoming payment no break down and not really any post about it just emails with logo and how much its gonna cost im not good with online stuff why cant i get simple.post so i have a brsakdown of it and no added charge i dont even know why my bill is £70 it shouldnt be i was aware id have to pay a £2 charge for late bill i been trying to pay last month but a stjpid amojnt to which i dont know why

@Bethie1995 , you can either log in via the EE App or via the website into your account and check there, on the app scroll down and click on manage and there you will see billing, click on that and you will see it says see your full monthly bill you can then download the bill and see the full breakdown.

If you want it sent to you, you would have to pay a fee, so this is the cheaper option.
