BT to EE Broadband - Wish I Hadn't

Moved from BT to EE last October having been a BT Broadband customer for nearly 25 years.

The Broadband works ok but nearly everything else is a total shambles;

1. The Hub Manager won't connect unless I regularly reboot it which i am sick and tired of doing.

2. Wi-Fi management on the app still does not work after months of trying.

3. On transfer I was told I could have Busiest Home Bundle but needed to transfer on 900 download first. Not true, I am now told I can't, 'new customers only'. EE website won't even show available deals if i log in.

4. Unable to opt in to EE WiFi. website says opted in when actioned but then reverts back.

I'm sure I could cancel the contract on the back of all that but they would probably screw that up as well so I can't be bothered.

  1. You should just need to refresh the browser page until it connects rather than rebooting the router.
