I have just set up my new Smart Hub plus, replacing a BT unit. During the install I chose an option titled something like “move all devices to new connection”. I now have the new router using the old router name. This has made the router swap seamless, but it now means that the settings card in the new router has the wrong network name, and presumably password information. Is this as expected ? How do I manage the old settings on the new router; do I just copy the information and place it on a sticker over the top ?
TIA
John

@Jtr63 Either that or note it down on piece of paper, place under the router so it does not get lost, you would need the details from it if you EVER factory reset because the EE Router WILL go back to the default settings and now you have to start again.
Edit: and don't rush sending anything back until you are happy its all working good, 60 day's is the STATED return period...
