Hi Everyone,
EE are trying to get me pay £1332.95 for leaving within the 14 days. I've rung them on numerous occasions and explained to them that I rang to cancel within 14 days to which they agreed. But now it's been sent to a debt collection agency. Any advice please much appreciated

Thanks for the update, @IAM6
Hopefully, that guide and higher management can look into this for you and help get it sorted. If you're not happy with how things are progressing, you can also fill in our complaint form. A dedicated team will then look into it and contact you to discuss further.
I hope you manage to get sorted soon. Please keep us updated.

Good morning @IAM6.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Our customer care team are in the best position to be able to investigate this further.
When you last spoke with an agent what was advised?

How did you go about leaving EE? Did you tell EE you wanted to leave within the 14 days?

Hi XRaySpeX, Katie_B,
I was told over the phone that there be no charge and they said they will send an email in regards to returning equipment which I have returned. I did tell I was leaving within the 14 days. I spoke to an EE guide this morning who's sent it to higher management but this was done before nothing has happened. I'm getting rather tired of ringing. I will take further action if not resolved.
Thank you for your replies

Good morning @IAM6.
We do recommend it can take up to 7 days for our complaints team to review your case and get back in touch, but it can be sooner than this too.
Please keep us posted on how things go though, and if needs be we can take another look from there.

Hi Peter_W,
Unfortunately it's still not sorted. It's causing unnecessary stress because I'm trying get in citizens advice but I can't get through. EE aren't taking it seriously especially the higher management. So I have no choice but to take it further.
Kind regards

Hi all,
It's finally sorted, I contacted again today and they said it will be taken off by 12th October. Still they should of told me that rather than me having to keep chasing for it.
Anyways I'm relieved.
