@lukep999 By the sound of how you describe what is going on issue wise, it is looking like a wireless wi-fi signal problem, are you in an area with many properties close to you, would advise you to get a free wifi analyser app and take a look at what is around you, Netspot for android is good, but make your own choice.

Thanks so much for responding Jim. I live in a detached property in a cul-de-sac of around 12 houses. I've downloaded Netspot onto my Android phone and my Mac (the one device that appears to be immune from all these shenanigans somehow) and I just see all of the usual networks in my own and the surrounding houses.
What should I be looking for?

@lukep999 Your signals with Netspot use the WiFi inspector, you need to know all your SSID's, when you are close to say the router, the values on the left will be like a green and say -32dBm, lower numbers are great, higher and orange are not so good,
I think i have posted up some netspot pictures before so will find and link, if not i will attach 3 new from mine. But will also find my Analyser pic's from another that for sure i have posted. Couple off samples take a look see.

Yep, they are green and hovering around -32 to -35 but I still get this.

@lukep999 Have you tried to setup only one device to the compatible network to see how it goes?

Hi, did you resolve this? I’m having the same issue and they’re trying to tell me it’s a coverage issue. Even though devices right next to the hub don’t connect

Hi @amyross27,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your connection. Are you able to try connecting any of your devices using wires, so we can get more of an idea of where the problem lies?

There used to be an issue with BT's hubs with wifi enabled devices that had the option for "Private Wi-Fi Address " - that's the Apple version.
So if this was set to ON what would happen is that each time one of these devices disconnected - you went out say - and then reconnected a new ip address was allocated and eventually the internal table became full and wouldn't allocated any more addresses.
Resetting the router would then clear everything and you'd start again.
The solution is to ensure that your devices always use the same allocated ip address and that was achieved by turning off that setting in the device.
Whether or not this is the issue here I don't know but worth checking maybe.
