I have tried for such a long time to get wifi, but it never ever works. ive spoken to many different people and they still dont manage to get it to work. they say my order is confirmed but then i hear nothing. ive been nothing but patient but now im just extremely frustrated. i asked the lady i spoke to the last time i called if i could put a complaint through but i doubt she did it. What can i do? i just want wifi for my home 😞

@laureng99 The norm is 14 days from ordering, so you need to supply more information as to why failure and excessive amount of time, although not common time wise can happen. Anything more you can add?
