@corriensaunders You need to read THIS on how to claim the switching credit. Once it’s on your EE account you can request it to be moved to your bank account. But you’ll pay this bill yourself first if it’s not on your bank account in time.

@JimM11 Yes, you just pass over the bill to EE. The credit is placed on your EE account, that can be used towards future EE bills or you can request it to your bank account. If you want this to pay the previous ISP you need to hope you get it before the payment date for this. There is no guarantee that will happen so you pay it yourself and then get that switching credit back to your account.
