I think you are going to struggle getting help without giving more information. You are waiting for someone to come on and ask questions - I.e., you want them to do all the work.

Give some background so that those can help have something to work with.

Can you give us a bit more information on what is happening with your signal?

Is it just happening in one area or different locations?

Do you have no signal or is there signal bars showing?

Is it impacting calls, texts or data?

It is worth checking our network checker to see if there are any problems or works in the area that can be causing this.
