My contract ended long ago, and they continued charging me excessive amounts without letting me know. But anyway, ive ended it all and im with someone else now. But EE wants the old smart hub back, as per everything with EE, they have a completely difficult to contact system. I can't make phone calls to talk to them, they dont have an online chat, i cant email them because i cant find an email address to write to. I can't return the smart hub because I am disabled and house bound. They're very assuming in that everyone can just "pop to the post office with your printed label.
And now ive learned that they'll likely end up charging me for the damn thing which is useless to me.
Someone at EE, send one of your technicians to come pick it up, this is not on me, and id rather not get social services involved.

Is it listed in following link: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product ? If it isn't as it's so old, you don't have to send it back.

I suspect it is old as in previously used rather than ancient.
Either way, the post office do have a collect service, that I think is 30p, and that collects from your home. It assumes of course that EE are using the post office, which they were last time I had to return a TV box.

It doesnt look like any of the routers pictured in that link from @XRaySpeX
But also, even if the post office collects, i cant print the label or anything.

That's the white EE Smart Router (circa 2020). It's yours to keep or dispose of. It's not listed in https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product .EE won't want it back.

@Necromi Anything before April 2023 as it states in the EE help, not required to be returned, zero value but you can have EE recycle it if you do send it back.
