Hybrid connect

Hi,

How can I find out if Hybrid connect is included in my package as I had a seperate box with BT but not given one when crossing over to EE. Or is it builty into the Smart Hub Plus?

No, you don't get Hybrid Connect with an Essentials plan.

@Kreation I beleive its similar to the BT system, a seperate box.

What EE BB plan are you on? It's not built into the SH+; it's a separate mobile router.
