After spending a lot of time testing why my broadband stopped working , according to EE cs the power supply is at fault. This was last Saturday the 18th. I recieved the shipping details for the replacement on the same day.
Since then, 4 days later, DPD tracking says that they are expecting a parcel from EE but have still not recieved it! WHO and How can I reach a human voice that can say what is going on? I need the Internet for my job!
The DPD tracking number is 4*********

Usually if there wasn't a status update with DPD after more than 48 hours, this is something we could raise for further investigation.
If you give our Broadband Care team a call, they'll be able to have a check over this for you.

Thank you for the responses. EE sent a 2nd tracking number and it has now been delivered.
