How to turn off broadband at bed time

Hi all can anyone tell me how i can set up the wifi to go off at night to stop my teenagers staying up all night gaming?

@Gulfmark which router do you have?
Some will allow you to set access limits, or you could switch the router off, or use a timer plug. In any case teenagers are likely to find a way round that.

@Gulfmark : Make use of the Access Control features of your router but don't ever give your kids the admin pwd of it & if that's still the 1 shown on the label stuck to the router, change it.
