Question.

How to move to SKY from EE as can not log into my account to end it.

Don’t mind paying for this .

But the nightmare would end.

please don’t tell me to phone 150.

As this is a road I have been down to sort my account out.

@Woody111 Virgin media are expensive, if you have the service cable at your home area.

Sky for me.

all three ,TV,BROADBAND,MOBILE.

In the pay-TV arena, Virgin & Sky are generally pitched at the premium market. CS can be variable but the product is generally good.

In mobile, Sky are an O2-MVNO.

It's incredibly rare for a large company to not have CS' messups sooner or later.

I have absolutely no idea what your issue with EE is (and don't have much interest to be brutally honest) but good luck if & when Sky have problems. I've heard some horror stories. For your sake, hopefully you won't add to them.

Having to deal with CS should ultimately be the exception rather than a day-to-day occurrence!

There's a website to take with a massive pinch of salt if ever I heard of one!

Actually got a phone call this morning from EE only problem is got to wait another two days.

gone from the 2nd to the 6th now having to wait till Thursday 8th.

(REASON) Hasn’t been done?

So wonder if it will get sorted for that phone call on the 8th that I was promised.

All that has to be done is merge my account . 
Im 12 months in to my contract 11 to go.
