Question.

How to move to SKY from EE as can not log into my account to end it.

Don’t mind paying for this .

But the nightmare would end.

please don’t tell me to phone 150.

As this is a road I have been down to sort my account out.

If only customer service .

I wouldn’t have to had to be on here looking for answers which I never got.

So well done to all who pressed the right buttons to get my account open to myself.

As for all the stars on here .Not a clue.

@Woody111 You seem to be forgetting that you got told that no one on this public forum has access to your account, by that simple comment you should immediately  beware that no one here can see what the problem is with your account to sort out the problem with your account to allow to give you access to your account.      But alas you don’t seem to remember that.

   It’s a pubic from not customer support so no member of this pubic forum has any access to your account because after all we’re all customers and you don’t want any customer having access to your account would you.
