How can i get a QR code to return equipment ?

No matter which way I try to contact EE, everything is automated and none of the options allow me to ask for a QR code to return requested equipment. Checked texts and emails and I have the requests to return a wifi disc, but no QR code has been sent.

Are there still any humans working for EE that can help ?

I just want to return my brodband and tv box because i no need that's why help me man bills coming from last month i want to cancel my brodband and tv service.

@puneetcheema : To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

• If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice OR
• If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill, using the One Touch Switch (OTS) process. This will auto cancel your contract with EE.
