@Chris_S : Those appear to be the contract dates for mobile, not BB.
To view your end date in your online EE a/c, just:
- Log in to EE online
- Select Plan & subscriptions
- Select Manage BB
- Under Your Plan you will find Contract ends: dd/mmm/yyyy
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hello
If you login to your EE and under Plans and Subscriptions it should tell you there when your contract ends.

Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Bawan1
Welcome to the community.
Are you wanting to check when the contract ends for a mobile plan or home broadband account?
