Hey folks,

why have you delivered a ee WiFi box to me?

It would have been lovely to have an email address to send a message to - but is seems like you have complex ways to get in touch.  Which is annoying.

anyway can you pick it up, happy to give you more details if you have an official email address to share. I don’t feel I have to wait on hold on your customer service line for you error.

bye

This is a customer forum, and whilst staffers are present, they’ll only refer you to EECS.

If it was addressed to you by name, at your home, and you know nothing about it, I’d be concerned.

IF it is not addressed to you, just pop it back in the post as "Not known at this address".

Thanks mate, but it’s a big box - too big for the post box.  Would like to get rid of it.

Addressed to my house, but not my name? Who knows. Not concerned because not in my name.

probably an error otherwise just weird

Hopefully they get in contact as I am making a good faith effort to contact them in a way that is advertised under their contact us section of their website. I don’t feel I have to suffer the horror show of their customer service line - I am not their customer and am trying to help them by ensuring that they can get their misdelivered equipment back

if they don’t - well at some point it goes in the bin.

but I will definitely wait a reasonable amount of time for them to reply.

thanks anyway

Seems like a lot of work for something I never asked for? Surely I just need to contact a reputable company by the method that they suggested on their website - because email would have been too obvious and I refuse to site on their interminable IVR for their error.

They suggested I could get help here - Anyone from EE fancy getting rid of the equipment they posted to my address?

@Ahmerm  alas no one on here has account access, so don't know who you are.

A staff member may contact you directly via PM, but you may be quicker to give customer services a call.

Not all posts on here are seen by staff members, so a call may be your best option.
