Not sure if I've been cut off or I've knocked switch mopping the floor, either way, I desperately need to have WiFi as I've a zoom interview in 40 mins, I can't access my bank accounts as I need WiFi to do so, and I'm panicking.please help

@Traybow1 what router do you have and which broadband service do you have?
What lights are on?
Have you tried switching it all off for a minute and back on?
Checked all the cables are plugged in?
