Hi, 

I have a problem with my broadband and Smart Hub today was the day of activation and I received a confirmation email that everything is fine and I can use it but it kept flashing orange, it was on all day, I restarted it, everything is connected correctly and there are no problems with the wires but it still doesn't work, please help
