Why do you make it so hard to get broadband I filled in all the questions and picked a package only to sit for 20mins waiting on absolutely nothing. If you don't want to give mea account then stop offering me one. Worst I've ever come across for customer service!!!!!!!

@scotchpaul no one on here knows what you have done or has account access. Why not give Customer Services a call, they should be able to sort out your order.
