Which ONT do you have. If a LAN light is not on it suggests the router is not connected.

This BT page should help identify the ONT https://www.bt.com/help/landline/lights-on-the-openreach-modem

Which router do you have, and what lights are on?

Have you tried a reset of the router and ONT?

How do I do that please

Just turn it off at the mains, leave it for 30 secs and turn back on again.

Is the Wi-Fi box you mean?

Both of them.

I see @XRaySpeX  has jumped in, I really wanted this to be done one at a time. Especially as you say you reset the ONT in your first post.
