Full fibre install falil

Engineer turned up late, couldn't complete the install, What's done is, politely putting it, a squashed mess.  He couldn't complete as the hoist operator connected the cable from the pole to the house next door.

Today he was supposed to return first thing this morning with the hoist operator.

Still waiting.

My main concern in this fiasco so far is, will my current copper line get terminated?

Second can I request what's done in the house be redone, it's literally jammed under my elect socket and wraps around  the front part of the door frame and loops where it will be caught easily by passing through?

I think I should have chosen a Monday as that's the normal farce day 😂
