Solarman app

Hi. I have solar panels and the Solarman app used to display all the data about their performance that I needed. The solar panels inverter connects via a mobile phone hotspot (Access Point or AP, separate from the router IP Adress),  but the app has now stopped working and cannot connect. Does anybody have any similar experience or advice on this, please? I don't know if it involves the router or not and am not sure if it should be classed as a fault. Thanks.

Have made sure that you have the latest app? Have you tried uninstalling it, rebooting your device and then reinstalling it to see if that makes a difference?
