Due to my bad experience with EE, I would like to find out how I can return to BT.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service you've recieved. I'd recommend reaching out to our team and they will be able to work with you to either resolve your issues, or cancel your plan so you can return to your previous plan.
