Hi,
I have had Openreach install FTTP on 23rd May then waited for another engineer visit to activate on 30th May - There were Openreach vans working on the road and the new connection started to work - so thought nothing more of it, happy with my new connection.
I received a message that an engineer appointment is due this coming Wed 15th June and the EE portal still shows me as provisioning - all was ok until this morning when the router disconnected and refuses to re-connect, the Openreach ONT is ok, all green lights.
What I'm wondering is do I just wait until this Wed 15th and all will be well or should I just contact the EE tech support.. I was hesitating as I suppose it's not "active" yet though in reality has been working ok.
Thanks
