I'm the owner of the 1st floor flat as you'll see in the image. I'm currently with Virgin but have ordered EE. I've received an email about them drilling through and fitting a junction box externally which is where my confusion comes from. With Virgin this was not necessary and assumed it was all built in internally. As a flat owner obviously I am not the owner of the building which is where my concern comes from. I've contacted them for clarification but has anyone got any knowledge in this situation which can possibly help as now I'm confused and wondering if installation is even possible. I know there's an internal cupboard in the communal space which is where broadband is fed into the block so would it just be fitted here? It's fairly new build only being 10 years old and has full fibre virgin currently.
