I’m on the 1.6Gbps contract and have been trying to upgrade to the Smart Hub Pro. However, customer service has given me conflicting information.
One rep told me to call back in 5 days, while another said that existing customers would automatically receive the new equipment without needing to do anything.
Has anyone here successfully upgraded or received the new hub? I’m trying to figure out which version is correct. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!
