EE FTTP 1.6g - How can i keep my landline? Pavement a issue? switching from VM

Hi everyone!

Landline issue:
im looking to join EE and get the 1.6gb FTTP package, however i need to somehow keep my landline number. what or who can i purchase a service from which will allow me to have both the 1.6gb package and the landline?
ive contemplated the 900mbps package to make it more easier, but i just feel like i should get what i want which is the 1.6gb bundle.

Installation Questions:

Now, my entire front and back of the house is packed with slabs, big and small, there is no grass at all. so would this make a installation much more difficult and possibly not possible? some of the slabs at the front of the door are very small, and would 100% be damaged if they're required to be uplifted.

The area i would put the router is next to a window which covers the entire area, there isnt much wall, unless they digged thru the foundation and put the cable to the fibre box up through the floor.

thank you everyone for any help!

@Optilic Who is the landline with just now, and is OR fibre ready in your area? Both checkers below, use the address checker. if you post back obscure any personal details!

@Optilic  as above, post the results of the BTW DSL checker, hiding your oersonal details, making sure you use the desktop version, not mobile, and include the text at the bottom of the table. This will show if you are able to get a fibre service and how the service will be delivered.

As for the Landline, in any event you will need to change to some form of Digital Voice, but there are many VOIP suppliers who can take your number and deliver your number to a variety of devices or even an App on your mobile. However you may have issues if you plan to use the EE router.

Virgin Media

second link doesn't work as i have no BT landline in the house.

attached photo is what i got for the first one.

I can get fibre, as EE and BT have confirmed Full Fibre is available in my area, however they didnt specify how i would get that.
the person who lived next door had bt installed, which was done via a black cable from the phone pole outside. however im unsure if they had fibre or not.

i do not plan on using the EE router, as i have expensive asus one.

regarding VOIP - is there anyone who can provide that to a land line type phone? a phone with a base, wireless, not mobile with touch screen.

@Optilic   you will need to use the address option on the BTW DSL checker.

Digital Voice services are provided by an ATA (  Analog telephone adapter)  so you can plug your old phones into that, it will normally need a ethernet port.

If you go to the second link again and change it to "Address Checker" using the menu at the top you will be able to see some info Openreach have about the property and the potential installation.

@Optilic As long as you maintain using your Asus Router, most of the larger VOIP providers will support Ethernet connected to there ATA unit, look at Vonage and the likes to get the basic idea.

@Optilic Click 2nd link, then click top on the Address Checker, Fill in Number, Street, and post code, YOU do not need the telephone.

@Optilic If you have a pole, your current copper line is coming off it, and OR have fitted the Fibre to the pole, then it's going to be the same way as it is currently. from Pole to Home, cable spanned, attached to home and run to the OR Outside junction box, if that is how you wish it to be done. Search OR FF install to the Home, what's involved and watch the video.
