Fibre box query

The neighbours have just been connected to fibre, but the service provider used my fibre box, without permission, I don’t want to cause issues but at no point was I asked if it was okay. I have already registered a complaint. Has anyone been in this situation before and was the connection removed?

@Thistleprotea   what makes you think it is your fibre box? Which service provider are you talking about?

We are with EE and the box is on my property.
