I want to give a positive feedback to the staff from EE. Unfortunateylz the process took so much time that the email feedback is not working anymore...
On the 21.6. in the afternoon I went into the EE shop in Norwich and spoke with Stuart about my mobile and he helped me to change my broadband provider, which safes me a lot of monz. He was very knowlegeable, helpful, friendly and very patient, even he had to stay over the opening hours. I want to give him a 10 out of 10 and say a big thank you. The other members of staff in the shop were helpful as well...
The transfer of broadband provider went well, but my landline did not work.
I rung and a very friendly man from Belfast tried hard to solve the issue, but came up with the solution that I would be contacted within 2 days , nothing happend. I rang 3 more times, with friendly EE people, but thez could not help me and the calls ended sudden. At the end of last week I rung again and spoke with Russell. He was friendly, patiend and knowlegeable. Through is intervention my landline is now working and I got mz old number back. I am verz grateful an dI want to rank him as well with 10 out of 10 and say a big thank you. My errant zourney has come to an end.
There seem to be some issues with the technik, members of EE staff have to sort out...But staff were verz helpful.
If there is a better, more official place for my feedback, I would be happy to write it there again.

I'm sorry to hear that you had some problems to begin with, but delighted to see that Russell was able to help you.
