What is latest on existing customers upgrading to a 1.6Gbps package?
I was informed last year that changes were coming in November that would resolve the issue for existing customers but I have seen no public announcements from EE.
I was told that the fix would also resolve issues with digital voice and TV for customers looking for the highest package.

@davidharron As yet the status has not changed, and the Forum has not seen anything different, may be a question that you will have to pose to EE direct to get any answer.

GRR!! They are STILL unable to upgrade the existing customers, they told me at the latest it would be January and now its March and they haven't fixed it. I have new customers to EE in my street that have it so its not the infrastructure.
