Is there a reason customer service do not answer the phone anymore? After being assured the call would be answered within one minute, had to hang up after 28 mins due to fatigue, then later, again supposedly one minute, 36 mins till my phone ran out of battery. See that people have waited hours. I have been trying for weeks. I am disabled and cannot just hold a phone, screaming rubbish music in my ear. This is not the EE I joined. If a company thinks this is any sort of service they deserved to go down. Mind you, Being part of BT is probably the problem.
