EE hub

I’ve downgraded from a wi-if 7 pro hub and pro extender to a standard wi-if 6 and extender to save £10 a month, as it was just an add on.  But it’s still showing on next month bill, will that drop off, when the next bill is issued. And it’s also showing as a new contract, when the guide said they would phone me again in March 2027, approximately 3months before the end of this contract.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any estimate of next month's bill seen beforehand is just provisional & will be firmed up when next month's bill is posted.

@robh661 How are you saving, thought the addon either Pro/Plus had a value applied to it, say the Pro is £10 and the Plus is £6 those are estimates just for you to see, would also expect that getting to do what you have then yes a new 24 Month contract will be getting applied also. As @XRaySpeX pointed out give it until your next billing cycle has passed then go look at the bill. If you need below, but more for the Extender Addons.
