EE can not be trusted!

I currently WAH and the WiFi went down a week ago after next door neighbours had their WiFi fitted, EE have done nothing they told us they were sending someone out Friday, didn't arrive, we were then told Sunday, didn't arrive, then we were GUARANTEED Monday. Still did not arrive, after calling them yesterday they told us "But actually the technician is booked in for Tuesday 8pm" ... guess what ?! Still did not arrive. Now EE are saying they're currently in talks with BT about which company needs to send out a technician. What kind of nonsense is this ? I've lost out on money and been made to look like an idiot at work while EE keep repeating lies and now can not tell me when someone will fix the WiFi I'm paying for ? Absolute nonsense do not trust a word they say, they will not help you and will spend days on pretending to help you while all their focused on is shift blaming to another provider.

Hi @Username42

Can you confirm this is the internet to your property or the wifi from your router which is the issue.

Thanks
