It appears that EE may have recently made a change to its Web Protect service, which is now flagging our website, cubic.com, as potentially insecure. As a result, users on EE connections are being prevented from accessing or using our VPN client correctly.
Could someone please advise on the process for having cubic.com reviewed and added as a trusted domain within EE Web Protect?
We would like to resolve this at source rather than requiring our end users to use individual workarounds to access a legitimate corporate service.
Any guidance on the appropriate team or process for submitting the domain for review would be greatly appreciated.
