EE broadband

I pay £76 a month for the busiest household wife, I thing the hubs model is 7pro ( not 100%) sure, last month the internet went down for 3 days, still was charged full £76, thought some money would go off my next bill, it didn’t, but right before I’m due to pay my bill my internet is down again, I wonder how long I will go without internet this time, and the worst thing is, I had issues with my internet from the date I upgraded my hub. And how convenient that the EE app is updating just when my internet stoped working. This is actually a joke !!!

You get no compo for the 1st 3 working days of a BB outage.

What lights show on the router?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
