We called to EE and agreed broadband for £35.99 for broadband with a staff in customer service. They agreed for monthly £35.99. After some times they sent email saying our broadband is £40.99. This is cheating their valuable customer. Why they self decided from our agreed £35.99 to £40.99. We complained this but no response from them. This is cheating and not good for a trusted company. They say our call will be recorded. Then they can hear £35.99 We agreed for broadband. This is not good for a trusted company.

Hello @Minithomas41 ,
Welcome to the community,
Have you checked the breakdown of your bill?
We cannot check here, as there is no account access, customer service will be able to check for you.

@Minithomas41 If you can, when did you set up the Broadband service. The first bill is normally higher as there may also be a delivery charge associated with post of the router to you, but it is all explained in your first bill, if your app is working which does take a few day's after joining and you can see the bill on it. It can also be the Annual increase if the broadband was purchase sometime ago.
