EE broadband no live date

I placed an order for broadband on the 23/04/23 and  I’m yet receive a go live date.  I have had no further emails since I placed the order and confirmation of direct debit setup.  My current broadband service with talktalk.  I presume comes to an end next week, as they are asking for the equipment back from 26/05/23.  When I check order status on EE website it says provisioning in progress.  Info below.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

thanks Amy

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Hi @Justamy97

Thanks for coming here.

To get this looked into, please call our Broadband Care team on 0330 123 1105 and the team will give you an update and let you know when the broadband will go live.

Leanne 🙂

From the BTw Checker there should be no reason preventing you getting Fibre (VDSL) there & it being installed now.

Let us know how you get on @Justamy97

Leanne 🙂

Hello,

Managed to get through to the broadband team after a long wait.  Apparently talktalk rejected the switch to EE.  Which is very strange as they have asked for the equipment back and given me a credit for the remainder of the month.  I believe the EE operator said she was going to but it through again.  I’m yet to hear anything back or receive an email regarding the order.

@Justamy97   had you cancelled your service with TT, or even told them you were leaving?
