EE broadband is not blocking adult sites

Hi, I have recently noticed that EE broadband is not blocking adult websites. I have tried turning the safe search on and off as well as rebooting the router. I had a similar issue with Virgin Media in the past and a router reboot fixed it.

I have seen a post some where some one talks about browsers using experimental encryption causing issues, but the issue doesn't appear to be the same as mine.

Does anyone know how I can fix this or shall I just call EE?

Call EE tech support and they’ll be able to look into it. The EE app is a bit temperamental at times

@storm77   do you have parental control with your broadband?

Hi, I have spoken to technical help, they have shown me how to set parental controls on devices through the app. I was expecting the controls to be on by default. Compared to another ISP

Parental controls do not work at all here either. I tested it with obvious 'nastys' and there was no evidence of filtering at all. Sky was almost perfect, my last provider up to two weeks ago. It's too late to switch back to them now. 

What can EE do about this? Setting 13 and under on the app does not work even slightly.
