EE broadband app WiFi controls spinning, when attempting to setup in app 

EE executive complaints team say that this is a known issue and affected customers (around 1000 affected customers app version 5.75.0) will have to wait for an app fix to resolve the issue.

Still not resolved in update 15/12/2025 app version 5.76.0. 5.76.0.was released today for both iOS and Android.

Same issue on IOS and Android. Just spinning, when attempting to setup wi-fi controls. Issue ongoing for months. Broadband support helpline not even aware of the issue and took a complaint to acknowledge the fault.

I’ve never had a single issue with the mobile side. Apart from the fact it doesn’t work in my work and the signal checker says it does. 
I am close to just cancelling the lot and paying it off and moving back to o2!! I know speeds are lower but at least it works!

Broadband wise. Yeah sky was better. And cheaper

@Daymoalexander That's the main problem with mobile i am in the super/duper you have it all 4G/5G in out and guess what step inside not one single bar phone and 4G never worked, if not for wifi calling 2 bricks for phones, same hung the spur's up, phones back to O2, not the best but at least usable and Home BB back to sky! Did it all smart though, moved the mobiles couple off day's so no issues then finished it all off by OTS the BB!

I am seriously thinking about doing the same! Was told I’m in my 14 day cooling off I couldn’t switch I said I put the move request in on day 4 not my issue it takes longer to switch I’ve done it my end!

as for the sims wow £34 a month each now I jumped from o2 I am thinking to just go back there and cut my losses. My son has used this account for 4 years. But I think it’s time
