EE broadband app WiFi controls spinning, when attempting to setup in app 

EE executive complaints team say that this is a known issue and affected customers (around 1000 affected customers app version 5.75.0) will have to wait for an app fix to resolve the issue.

Still not resolved in update 15/12/2025 app version 5.76.0. 5.76.0.was released today for both iOS and Android.

Same issue on IOS and Android. Just spinning, when attempting to setup wi-fi controls. Issue ongoing for months. Broadband support helpline not even aware of the issue and took a complaint to acknowledge the fault.

Indeed. 

with no given time period to have it fixed. I’m within my 14 day cooling off and am currently waiting for sky to take back over the line. Far from happy with the level of service (our mobile accounts is 4+ lines)

I don’t seem to have the PM option. I did read there is supposed to be an envelope icon. But I can’t seem to locate it

I believe pm comes after you have been posting and replying as EE don’t really advice using private messages. It is available, just not straight away

@Daymoalexander @Bob9395 Pretty sure that @Huggons1 Does not want the TMC E-mail up on the main Forum for all and sundries to be used not a good option! Will have to do it some other way!

@Daymoalexander I returned back to sky March 2025 with 13 months still to go on EE, just had all i could take and that's saying something!
